Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Light paint residue in a few places internally (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
• Has a small screw hole in the door (see photos), these can be filled easily.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Multi-point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘JMA’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted.
• Has leaded pattern design externally & internally on the glazing.
• Has a stained pattern on the glass – see photos.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown.
• The colour of the handles is Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
