Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Light chips on the door but are cosmetic only and do not effect the product.(see photo)
• There are small screw holes in the doors but can be filled at low expense.(see photo)

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Hinges are missing but can easily be replaced at low expense.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 4 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick  double glazed, clear.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown.
• The colour of the handles is Gold.

We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
