Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• There are a few storage marks around the item (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
• The aluminium sill is slightly dented (see photos) which your fitter may be able to reshape on installation. Alternatively, replacement sills can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.

Missing Parts

There are no keys with this item, but it can still be locked from the inside by turning the handle. New handles, complete with keys can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening window (Top hung) – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
• Slightly tinted, which provides sun protection and added privacy.
• There is no condensation occurring between the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
