Brand New Wooden Casement Window in White, bespoke made to a very high quality by ‘NorDan’.
Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- There are a few storage marks around the item (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
- The aluminium sill is slightly dented (see photos) which your fitter may be able to reshape on installation. Alternatively, replacement sills can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.
- There are no keys with this item, but it can still be locked from the inside by turning the handle. New handles, complete with keys can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening window (Top hung) – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
- Slightly tinted, which provides sun protection and added privacy.
- There is no condensation occurring between the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
