Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
The door thickness is 6.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Across the bottom of the door on the exterior there are scratches. The locking system is a little stiff.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Rosewood Brown, with a matching frame either side., but could easily be stripped down if you wanted the original wood grain showing

Has Silver hinges with Gold handles.

Operating / Style

Previously installed to open Inwards to the right when being opened from the outside.

Security

4 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
