Timber wooden front door door with Aluminium frame bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Velfac’.
Extremely well made heavy durable door built & designed to last.
The door thickness is 7.8cm alone, compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Its very heavy at 44.8kg and is designed not to twist/ warp, like cheaper timber doors can do after just a couple of years. It also requires no maintenance.
Would cost around £5,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Please refer to the Velfac Installation Guides online regarding the fitting of this item.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Comes fitted with a new silver handle.
Security
- 3 point ‘ASSA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with a new barrel and 4 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Colour
- The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey (aluminium frame is gloss) and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has Silver coloured hinges.
