Aluminium / Wood (Clad) Back Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Velfac’.
Produced on the 30/10/2023 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.

Please note due to the weight (door 143.25kg, sidelight 196.65kg) and size of these items standard delivery will differ to normal. Please ask us for a quote.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has some of its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Security
- Multipoint ‘Velfac’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘Versa’ keys.
Opening
- The door pushes open externally and then slides to the left only, when viewing from the outside (the sidelight has a track which the door slides onto).
- See Velfac online for an instructional opening video.
- This door has no external handles so can only be opened and locked from the inside. This offers a higher security and a more aesthetically pleasing look.
Sidelight / Window
- The sidelight / window on its own is: 161.6cm in width and can be removed if required.
- Just the frame width is 130cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 48mm thick triple glazed, clear metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
