Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has some of its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

Security

• Multipoint ‘Velfac’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘Versa’ keys.

Opening

• The door pushes open externally and then slides to the left only, when viewing from the outside (the sidelight has a track which the door slides onto).
• See Velfac online for an instructional opening video.
• This door has no external handles so can only be opened and locked from the inside. This offers a higher security and a more aesthetically pleasing look.

Sidelight / Window

• The sidelight / window on its own is: 161.6cm in width and can be removed if required.
• Just the frame width is 130cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 48mm thick triple glazed, clear metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
