Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• The door pushes open externally and then slides to the right only when viewing from the outside. See Velfac online for a working video.
• The sidelight to the right of the door has a track underneath that the door slides into – again see the Velfac video online.
• This door has no external handles so can only be opened and locked from the inside. This offers a higher security and a more aesthetically pleasing look.

Glazing

• Glazing is 48mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey and internally is Matt White.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
