Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Light marks internally on top of the window frame (see last photo), but it is hardly noticeable and can easily be touched up.

Security

• Multi-point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Internally opening tilt/turn window – see photos.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £70 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.
• If you want to order yourself, the units required are: Width: 43.3cm, Height: 63.4cm (x1 pane). (checked JBH)
• We can order any type of glazing at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Frosted etc.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
