Wooden Hardwood French Doors.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

The door thickness is 5.3cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts/Defects

There are couple of scratches around the frame and doors, most of them are light, however there are two deep ones on the external side. These can be sanded and repainted easily.

Security

5 point ‘Roto’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

Externally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.

There is a lip around the edge of the door which falls into the frame, so can only operate as mentioned above. The measurements taken are of the widest part of the door.

Sidelight / Window

There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 45.1cm in width.
The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 148.6cm.
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 193.7cm.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Has leaded Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing, these can be removed if required, leaving plain glass, but it is easier to replace the glass to clear if required.

One glass pane has been ordered and will come with the French doors, you will have to fit it. Arrived.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (mahogany), with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Gold.
