They were recently removed from a 100 million 4 house estate due to refurbishment.

They were handmade by a professional joinery company to the highest standard and would have cost thousands for each set.

Due to part of the estate being a conservation area, the doors were made to pass regulations which is why the glazing is single glazed. You could replace for other glazing if required.

We have more sets, but the buy it now price is for one set only.

Wooden Timber French Doors.

The door thickness is 4.7cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts/Defects

Door 6 has light marks around the frame.

Door 7 has a big chip on the top of the frame, white paint marks on the bottom of the frame and 2 screw holes on the frame.

These are all cosmetic defects and do not effect the operation of the door.

Security

The doors have no lock strip as they lock via a handle from the inside only which moves two bolts in the top and bottom of the doors securing them.

Opening

Externally opening doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

Glazing is single glazed, clear, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
