Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed at all.
• Small dents on both sides and the wood is split in places (see photos), however, this could be filled or repaired by a competent carpenter.
• Screw holes on both sides (see photos). These could easily be filled.
• Signs of rot on the bottom of both doors (see photos), however this could also be rectified by a competent carpenter.
• The hinges are either broken or missing and would need to be replaced (see photos), however, replacement hinges are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
• The locking mechanism is missing (see photos), however, new locking mechanism could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
• The varnish is weathered on the external side, as is expected on pre0owned wooden items. These doors could benefit from being sanded and re-varnished.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Colour

• Varnished on either side, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
