The door thickness is 5.7cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Please note: There is no frame for this ‘Timber Windows’ door.
On occasions we have had customers purchasing and struggling to make up a suitable frame; this is due to the lip around the edge of the door it’s self (see photos), so please make sure you have a competent carpenter to hand.
We do have some of these doors complete with frames, so if you require photos of how they are manufactured please contact us.

Condition

• Previously installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• There are a few very small chips on the external side (see photos), which could be easily touched up. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the integrity of the door in any way.

Missing Parts

There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Hinges are also missing, which can be purchased online at a low expense and are easy to fit.

Colour

The external side has been professionally Varnished, showing the natural woodgrain throughout. The internal colour is White.

Professionally powder coated, which offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome.

Opening

Previously installed to open Inwards to the right when being opened from the outside.

There is a lip around the edge of the door which falls into the frame, so can only operate as mentioned above. The measurements taken are of the widest part of the door.

Security

7 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars externally inside the glazing, giving a high quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely.
