uPVC Casement Window, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘The Residence Collection- R9’.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides.
- Light cosmetic mark on interior of the frame (see photos), but is hardly noticeable.
- Slight tear on the rubber seal and one handle lock is broken (see photos), however, these can be purchased online at a low expense and are easy to fit.
Security
- 4 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm double glazed, clear, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Teak) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
