Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light cosmetic marks on few places (see last photos), however, these could be touched up.
• Small chip on the top corner externally (see last photos), but this can be hidden with a trim during installation. 
• One trim cap is missing, but this can be purchased online at a low expense and is easy to fit. 

Security

• Multi-point locking system making it very secure.
• Locking keep and key is missing, however, replacement sash fastener can be purchased online at a low expense, which would come with the keys.  

Opening

• Operate via springs. 
• Both windows slide up and down as well as tilt internally (see photos).

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars inside the glazing, and also internally and externally on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
