Wooden Pine Back Door in black. Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Some cosmetic marks in places – these could be sanded down and repainted. See in photos.
- Small chip on the top internal corner of the frame, which could be filled and touched up. See in photos.
- 4 screw holes on the internal side (see photos) which could also be filled and touched up.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
