Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Screw holes on the internal side of the door, but this can easily be filled (see photos).
• Small cosmetic dents and chips on the door (see photos), however this could be repaired by a competent carpenter.
• Missing hinges (see photos), however these are all available to purchase online and are easy to fit.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, clear.
• Has Georgian Bars internally and externally, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally is Cream and internally is White.
• The colour of the handles is Silver.
