Brand New Aluminium/Wood (Clad) Back Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘NorDan’.

Would cost around £3,000 if you were to order new direct.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Odd lights marks from storage (see photos) – these are hardly noticeable and can be touched up on the wooden side.
• A small dent on the aluminium side (see photos) which your fitter may be able to reshape on installation.
• We have purchased brand new £10 handles & barrels and keys for these doors which will be provided with the doors.

Security

• 4 point ‘ASSA’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 38mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally is matte Anthracite Grey and internally is matte White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has Silver coloured hinges.
