Aluminium (externally) / Wooden Timber (internally) Patio/Sliding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Velfac’. These are some of the most expensive Patio doors on the market and would cost around £12,000 direct.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Door is in the middle and slides to the left only, when viewing from the outside, this item also has a window (middle right) that slides outward to the right. The sidelights are fixed and do not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
